How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do they turn out so perfectly? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Then shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.

After folding the eggs fold the pan onto medium heat. When the oil starts to hot, wait for the pan to cook. Once the oil has gotten hot, add 1/4 cup of butter and swirl it around so that the entire pan is coated. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the other half for another minute. Serve immediately after removing the omelet from its pan.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
