Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. How can you make them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The microwave heat cooks your egg just right, without it becoming too soft.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.

Once the omelet has formed completely, cover the pan and let it set for a few minutes. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the opposite side for another minute. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
